SOUTH SIDE (SARASOTA COUNTY)
South of University Parkway, there’s the Mall at UTC, the restaurants attached to the Mall, plus the strip along Cattleman Road.
SELVA: Daily, 4-6pm in the bar and lounge only
Food highlights: Short rib spring roll $13, Ceviche $13, Truffle parmesan fries $10, Chilean sea bass croquettes $13, Lamb shops $15, Skirt steak $16.
Drinks: All signature cocktails $12, House wine $10, Draft beer $6.
YARD HOUSE: Monday-Friday 3-6pm. Sunday-Wednesday 10pm-close just drinks
Food: Half off select apps (incl. Four cheese spinach dip, Poke nachos, Classic sliders, Blackened ahi sashimi, Fried calamari, Boneless wings). Half off all pizzas.
Drinks: $2 off draft beer, wine, spirits & cocktails. $4 off half yards.
SEASONS 52: Monday-Thursday 3-6pm
Food deals: $12.5 select wine + Flatbread.
Drinks: $6 select wines, $7 Cocktails (Rose lemonade, Sparkling cosmo, Bourbon iced tea).
CHEESECAKE FACTORY: Monday-Friday 4-6pm
Food: $9.95 appetizers, $8.50 small plates.
Drinks: $8.50 specialty cocktails, $8.50 selected wines, $4.95 selected drafts, $3.95 selected bottled beers.
KONA GRILL: Monday-Friday 2-6pm. Daily 9pm-close
Food: Discounted apps. 3oz prime rib & 3 prawns $14.
Drinks: Kona Big Wave $3, Kona margarita $6, Moscow mule $9, Sake bomber $9, Shot of sake $3, Red sangria $6, Old fashioned $9, etc.
GEORGIE’S: Tuesday-Sunday 3-6:30pm
Food: $8 Bar bites (incl. Rib sticks, Wagyu sliders, Ahi tuna tostado, Short rib taco, Thai chix stix)
Drinks: $5 Cocktails, $5 House wines
ROCCO’S TACOS: Daily, 4-7pm at the bar
Food: Tacos (Pollo, Cochinitas Achiote, Carne Molida, Hongos) $5, Apps (Totopos, Austin Queso, Quesadilla, Flautas) $5.
Drinks: Beers $5, Wine $5, Liquors $5, Margaritas $5, Margaliters $25.
Other restaurants here that have Happy Hours but we don’t have information yet are Ford’s Garage, Rusty Bucket, California Pizza Kitchen, JPan and Brio.
NORTH SIDE (MANATEE COUNTY)
North of University Parkway, between Honore Ave and I-75, there are two more shopping districts that most people still consider part of the University Town Center.
MADEMOISELLE PARIS: Daily 5-7pm

BONEFISH GRILL: Daily 3-6:30pm
Food: $15 shareable starters (Big Bang, BLT Nachos, Crowd Pleaser), $7 small plates (Calamari, Mussels Josephine, Ahi Tuna Poke).
Drinks highlights: $7 select cocktails, $6 house wines, $9 premium wines, $7 select spirits, $1 off draft beers.
APOLLONIA: Daily 4-6:30pm at the bar
Food: Charcuterie $11, Tuna Crudo $8, Lamb sliders $10, Zucchini cakes $7, Burrata & tomato flatbread $8, Greek fries $5.
Drinks: Select wines $6, Cocktails (Martini, Medusa, La Sirena, Greek margarita, The Edison) $8, $2 off house spirits and all beers.
POST KITCHEN: Daily 3-6pm at the bar
Food: $9 tuna chips, $9 loaded fries, $10 lobster mac & cheese, $10 kobe beef sliders, $9 coconut chicken shatay, discounted oysters.

CARRABBA’S: Daily 4-7pm in the bar area only
Food: $7 bites, $25 charcuterie board & 2 glasses of house wine, $15 charcuterie board only.
Drinks: $7 cocktails (Passion Pear Spritz, Italian Old Fashioned, Pomegranate Martini), $25 sangria pitchers, $6 premium spirits, $3 draft beers.
ANNA MARIA OYSTER BAR: Monday-Friday 3-6pm
Food: $2 raw oysters, $3 raw bar bites.
Drinks: $2 off tiki drinks, $3 select draft beers, $4 mocktails, select drafts and seltzers, $5 craft beers and house ‘ritas, 1/2 of all wines by the glass.
